Five years ago God changed my heart and my live forever by blessing me with my first born...a perfect baby boy!! How is he 5??? What a little man he has become...I am so happy and so blessed to be his mommy!! We started off his birthday with his favorite...powdered donuts for breakfast before school. Then I picked up cookies from Shelby Lynns decorated as baseballs, basketballs, and footballs and took them to his class for a little party at school. After school, he wanted to play football outside and then we went picked up one of his little buddies and headed to Logans where he chose to eat at for his birthday dinner. We met Pa & Nana, uncle Mike, Dallas, and Anastyn there to eat and Nana brought a fun Spiderman toy and a yummy M&M cookie cake from Penguin Ed's!! After dinner Parker wanted to go skating so we tried, but it was Derby night so we had to come up with plan B, so we went Bowling instead. The kids had a great time bowling and playing all the games there. Poor Nana didn't realize how slick the lanes are and she walked out on one in her regular shoes to try and take a picture of Parker and fell so hard! She fell on her camera and broke it..I felt so bad! Sadly, nobody got to see it happen except Mike. After we knew she was alright, it made for a good chuckle!! Hope you aren't too sore today Mom...thanks so much for everything!!! Now Parker gets to go birthday shopping and have a sleepover with just him with Pa and Nana Thursday and we still have his big party Saturday!! When I asked him last night how his birthday was he smiled with a big sleepy grin and said, "I loved it". Misson Accomplished!! Love you big 5 year old!!

Go Hogs Go
Saturday Dean and I got to go to our first Razorback game of the season with our good friends Jeff and Keri. Our sweet Clint and Macie came and watched the kiddos for us. We ordered our favorite, Portillos, for lunch and Dean made us yummy homemade fries. We had such a great time at the game, its just too bad they couldn't pull off the big win. We had a great time Boyds...thanks again for inviting us!! Love ya'll!!!

Luckiest Mom in the World
So many times I feel that Parker's needs get brushed to the side and are met last since he has two baby sisters that require so much from me just because of their age. When I start feeling this way I always try to plan something for just he and I to do so he can have all my attention. Thursday night my wonderful parents kept just the girls and Parker and I went on a much needed date just to talk and spend time together. He chose La Huerta for dinner and wanted a "special drink", a virgin strawberry daiquiri...which he loves!! Then we went birthday shopping at Toys R us and Party City and came home and let him have one gift early. Of course he chose a costume...a Ninja this time. We finished off the night with some popcorn and a movie in bed. I cherish these moments when I have these one-on-one moments to really focus on one child at a time...I think they do too!! Thanks for a wonderful date little man, I felt like the luckiest mom in the world to be eating dinner with black Spiderman!! I love you so much Parker!!!
Parker's First Sleepover
This past weekend Parker wanted to have one of his best buddies from school spend the night. They had so much fun playing dress-up superhero's, playing Wii, eating pizza, watching movies, and just running all over the house. They said they were going to stay up all night, but about 11:00 they crashed. I'm sure this was the first of many sleepovers with this little guy!!

Paige- 8 Months
Oh, Paige is getting sooo fun these days! She is really babbling and hollering like crazy. She still says dada constantly and has learned to say and wave bye-bye this month. She gets everywhere she needs to go by scooting on her little tummy, but is up on all 4's rocking back and forth so it is just a matter of time before she starts crawling. If she was ever in the floor, it would probably be sooner rather than later, but with a crazy puppy and a crazy 2 year old sister, we worry about her safety!! She has both her little bottom teeth now and weighs 18 pounds. She is so fun and precious!!

Back to School
I can't believe summer is already over!! Parker started back to Preschool this week. He is still just going two days a week because I just feel like this is his last year before he has to go everyday for many, many years! I want to soak up as much time as possible with him while I can. Presley also started back to Mothers Day Out. She was a little sad because our Mrs. Tracey is not there this year, but she still great and I'm sure will love her new teachers. I pray that you both have a great year!!
