A few of our favorite things

Here are just a few of our favorite things at Christmas... decorating the trees, hanging the stockings, making a gingerbread somethingwith Nana(this year they made a train), baking Jesus a birthday cake, spending time with friends and family, and of course opening gifts!

Presley's 9 Month Pictures

My poor baby is sick today but her mommy still made her smile for the camera. I didn't do a good job last month with her 8 month pics and I know with the holidays and just all the craziness this month brings that if I didn't do them today I would not get around to it. Our precious baby girl is 9 months old already!!! She is 19.1 lbs, 28.3 inches & scooting (almost crawling still rocking on all 4's then just drops and scoots on her belly to her destination), saying and waving bye-bye, patty cakes, takes steps holding onto someones hands, and still just the most precious demeanor I have ever seen in a baby. She has brightened our lives in so many ways. Oh how we love her!!! (Everyone please be saying prayers for her to get to get off her seizure meds and to have another good EEG when we have our Children's follow-up next month!!!) Thank You

Christmas Get-Together 08

This year we hosted the Christmas get together with all our friends. It is always a good time for the kids as well as the adults. The kids are all really getting to a great age where they for the most part play pretty well together. Presley enjoyed seeing her boyfriend, Brycen. Thanks for coming everybody and for the wonderful food that everyone brought!!
(just so I remember who all came...Semingson's, Scot's, Patrick's, Silvey's, Boyd's, Pope's, Simco's, Norwood's, Wiener's, and the Wisdom's.)

3rd Annual Cookie Decorating Party

This was our 3rd year to go to the Silvey's for a cookie decorating party. It is always so much fun and the kids are so cute decorating their cookies and eating all the icing!! Thanks Leslie and OG for always being such great hostess'!!!

Christmas at the Square

Last weekend we met up with Papa and GG, all the Shaw gang and the White gang to see the Christmas lights on the square. Parker had so much fun riding the ponies and the camel and of course eating cotton candy! Presley was in Ah of all the pretty lights. It was a great night hanging out with family!!

Decorating the Tree

This year was so much fun putting up the tree with the kiddos!! Presley and Parker loved rolling in all the mesh stuff and Parker really got into helping put the ornaments on this year. Presley was cracking us up... she's like a little kitten swatting at the balls on the tree. I love seeing Parker light up every year at Christmas and I can't wait to watch Presley at her first Christmas this year. We are so truly blessed!

Happy Birthday Dallas & Caroline!!!

I'm a little behind on blogging.... last weekend was a fun weekend celebrating birthday's. We went to Caroline's 3rd birthday (at Durham's Gymnastics) and our cousin's Dallas' 4th (indoor swimming party) on Sunday. We had such a great time at both parties!!! Love you guys and HAPPY B-DAY!!!

Train Ride with Santa

Saturday we went with the Silvey's to ride the train with Santa. Other than having to wait an hour to get on the train due to over-booking, it was a lot of fun. Parker and Olivia Grace were not real sure about Santa, but they loved Mrs. Claus!!
