Lisa, Gina & Jack's Birthdays

We got to celebrate lots of birthdays this weekend. Jackson joined Parker in the big 3 club!! We got to go to Durham's gymnastics and play and eat yummy cake...what could be better? It is so much fun getting to watch these little guys grow up together. I know they are all going to be friends for a lifetime. Speaking of "friends for a lifetime", the other party I got to celebrate was for one of my dearest friends since I can remember, Lisa and another wonderful friend, Gina...they turned the big 30!!! We all met at Noodles for dinner and had such a great time looking at REALLY old pictures of all of us and remembering stories from when we were kids. It was such a great night especially since Lisa lives in Dallas so we never get to see her. I love getting to catch up with all my oldest friends! Happy Birthday Jacks Gina, and Lis... we love you all!

Loving This Weather

Parker and Presley are loving the weather being nice. We have played outside all day! We have gone on a bike ride, walked down to feed the turtles and the fish, played baseball, played on the swingset, and played in the sand(and ate the sand).I love the picture of Parker burying Spiderman in the sand...he was making him a bed for naptime. These days are the best!!

Girls Getaway!!

This weekend Nana treated me, Presley, and Jami to a wonderful girls shopping trip. We had planned on going to Branson Saturday to spend the night but since it was snowing there when we woke up Sat morning, we changed our destination to Tulsa. We had such a great time shopping, eating, and just getting to spend time together. Nana always spoils us and the kids so much! We also got to pick out all of the bedding for Jami's baby-to-be, Anastyn... who we are so thrilled is a girl!! Nana thanks so much for such a fun weekend together, we love you more than you know! Parker and Daddy had a great guy's weekend too while we were gone. It was all about Parker going to all his favorite places... Chuck E Cheese with Papa & GG and all the family, then just him and Daddy went to the Pet Store, Fast Lanes, out to eat, and to church Sunday. It was a busy and fun weekend!

Trying to get pics for 1st B-day!

Today we met Steven Thetford to try to get some cute pictures for Presley's 1st birthday. I hope his turned out better than mine!! It was cold and windy and she hated her hat so hopefully his are much better! He also needed another one for the St Patty's ad so we got a couple of those too.

Valentine Weekend 09

We had a great Valentine weekend! We started off with a party at the Boyd's for the kids with yummy food and the kids played. Then we headed to the Embassy Suites becuase Parker has been wanting to go swimming very badly! The Silvey's joined us for a great weekend. The guys and the kids swam and swam and swam!!! We ate a great dinner at Abuelos Friday night, took the kids to Chuck E Cheese Saturday and did a little shopping at the Promenade and had dinner at Bonefish Grill Sat night. We had a great time and found our way around pretty well for out-of-towners! Thanks Deano for a wonderful weekend. We are so blessed to have you..we love you so much!!

Presley's Dedication

I am a little behind on my blogging... Last Sunday (Feb 8th) Presley was dedicated to our church. It was such a special for us and we got to share it with our friends Chad and Becca, their baby was dedicated with Presley. We were so happy our Pa & Nana and Papa & GG were there to see our precious baby be dedicated to our church and the Lord. We just pray for sweet little Presley to always know the Lord and to grow up to be a kind, loving, honest, and grateful young lady. We also pray for her health and that Jesus will keep her safe. Also, thanks to our sweet friends the Boyd's and the Scott's for coming over for lunch with us and our wonderful family (Pa & Nana, Papa & GG, Clennton & Marie) afterwards. We are so blessed with such wonderful family and freinds! (thanks Mandy for taking these great pictures for us!!)

Presley 10 mon & St Patty's Day Pics

Yes, I know it is a little early for St. Patricks Day pictures, but Presley is going to be in the March issue ad for Dr Ward's office since she was born on St. Patty's day. We had to take the pictures early so they would be to them in time. She may have a little preferential treatment since Nana picks the kids! Of course we had to have one with big brother too! Also, a quick 10 month up-date on Miss Lou-Lou... she is doing great and learning new tricks everyday. She is letting go of the ottoman and taking a couple very quick steps to the couch, blowing kisses, and has learned to smash everything she eats in her hair...preferably bananas! Her favorite thing these days is to go to Parker's room to play. She will go set in the dark and play with his race car set and loves it! Whenever she is missing we know right where to look. She is 28.5 inches long and weighs 20.6 pounds. We sure love our little "hot mess"!
