Paige Turns Two!!!

It makes me so sad how fast my last baby's first year has flown by. It has been filled with lots of smiles, hugs & kisses, cuddles, belly laughs, and LOVE!! Every birthday is such a celebration of another year of life, but after the scare of Paige being at Children's Hospital and being so sick and just praying on bended knee every night to please just let us get to have the chance to take her home and spoil her rotten, it really has made us more aware of how grateful we are for each birthday our children is blessed with!! God is so Good!!! We are excited about starting her 2nd year of life and what all it will bring!!!

She wanted a Minnie Mouse party at Chuck E Cheese....It was a fun day with friends and family celebrating this precious angel!!!

Donnie~ "our Elf on the Shelf"

Last year we started our tradition with Donnie, our "Elf on the Shelf", where he watches the kids throughout the day and then fly's back to report to Santa at night and they have to look for his new hiding spot the next morning. They got so into this year, I'm not sure if the kids or Dean and I enjoyed it more. Donnie did some crazy things this year!! This is one tradition we will always remember we did with the kids when they were little and one we will cherish forever.

Christmas with the Fam~ 2011

Every year we do Christmas with the Alderson's on Christmas Eve, The Morris' Christmas for lunch, and dinner with the Baugh's. We love getting to spend this priceless time with our family and of course, eating all the yummy food!! My favorite gift this year was a scrapbook that my mom made me and my sister of our lives. There are so many great memories in it! We are blessed beyond words to have such wonderful family to spend our holidays with.

Christmas Morning 2011

Every year gets more and more fun with the kiddos!! They went to bed so early this year to make sure and not miss Santa!! None of them really asked for much this year, which is nice, but makes it harder. Parker finally asked Santa for a lycra Spiderman costume and the girls just wanted babydolls. They did get big surprises from Mom and Dad though since they always fight over our Iphones to play games on, they all got I-touches!! They couldn't believe it!! It was so fun watching their faces when they opened them! Parker's things he also really likes were the bow & arrow from Pa & Nana and his electronic battleship game. Presley loved her easy-bake oven and her cowgirl doll and horse. Paige's fav's were her Strawberry shortcake doll set and her minnie mouse dress-up doll. Christmas is so much fun with little one's, but just always hope they remember the real reason for the season.
