Day 3~ Magic Kingdom & Happily Everafter Dinner

Our first trip to Magic Kingdom truly was "magical"!! Seeing & meeting all the characters, the parade, the rides....the kids loved it all!! This is the day Presley wasn't feeling great and Paige started feeling really bad with the strep, but we still had a great time despite all the sickness!! My favorite part of the day was The Happily Everafter dinner with Cinderella, Prince Charming, and the stepsisters. Especially the stepsisters...they were a hoot!!! As they all came around to our table they would ask Parker if he was "eligible", because they had a sister who would totally fall in love with him...Anastasia.... and she was a "hot mess"!!! She would not leave him alone and kept kissing all over him...he was SOOOOO embarrassed!!! It was hysterical!!! What a fun, priceless day!!!

More of Epcot

Some more of the highlights from our day at Epcot were the kids getting their faces painting, having lunch in Italy at a great Italian restaurant, and meeting Alice and Aladin & Jasmine!!

Disney~Day 2~Chef Mickey's & Epcot

The second day of our trip we had breakfast at Chef Mickey's in our hotel. The kids all really loved this breakfast!! The characters all spent so much time at each table. Paige was so funny because she LOVES all the Mickey characters and had talked so much about getting to see them, but she wasn't so sure when it came time!! She liked them from afar, but didn't want them coming too close. After breakfast we headed to Epcot for the day. One of our favorite things there were "the jammitors"... these three guys who play music on their trash cans and dance. They were very funny and immpressive. The kids really liked meeting Chip & Dale too.(Presley was such a trooper..she got strep throat the 2nd day and ran 104 fever, but just kept on truckin'."

Disney World 2012~ Day 1

We feel so blessed to have gotten to take our kiddos and Nana to Disney World this year!! Seeing their faces cpmpletely light-up as they experience it and seeing how magical it really is to them when they are this little is something we will never get back. It was truly and once in a lifetime experience seeing them there for the 1st time. We decided to stay at The Contempory Resort because of the convienence of the monorail & since you set on your balcony every night and watch the fireworks at Cinderella's Castle, and we just liked how modern the hotel was, but still very "Disney" at the same time. As soon as we got checked in, we waisted no time getting started. We headed straight to Animal Kingdom, which is where we thought our dinner reservations were at, but sadly they were at Animal Kingdom Villas, which we had to wait for 40 minutes to catch a bus to get there, so we didn't get see much there. Boo.... We ate dinner at Sanai, where the animlas walk right to the window while you are eating. The kids loved this! After dinner we just headed back to our room to watch the fireworks and to get a good nights sleep.
