Myrtle Beach 2010

We went to Myrtle Beach with my parents and had the best time!! We stayed at a new place called North Beach Plantation that was amazing!! It had 8 swimming pools, 4 hot tubs, a lazy river, and a waterfall for the kids to play in. It also had little sand boxes like the beach all through the pool area which the kids loved. We did so much fun stuff... shopping, dolphin watch cruise, went to an alligator farm, aquarium, rode rides at a fair on the river, casino boat on our anniversary, experienced Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, and of course enjoyed lots of yummy seafood!! The kids loved flying for the first time!! They all did awesome on the plane. It was such a wonderful vacation, nobody wanted to leave!! Thanks Pa & Nana for all the great memories!!

Soccer Star

Last night Parker played his first real soccer game since last year his team just scrimmaged each other. He was so excited and played really well!! He is loving it this year because he and all his little buddies are on the same team... Go Titans!!!

Paige-7 Months

I am sooo behind on blogging since Paige is about to turn 8 months and I'm just posting 7 months! Better late than never, I guess! This month she started sitting up without doing the hunchback thing. She still rolls to where she needs to get, but has started bopping up and down on her tummy like she is going to crawl soon. I'm in no hurry for that to happen because my days will then be spent keeping her off the stairs. She weighs 17 pounds and still loves her oatmeal, fruit, veggies, and yogurt. Presley can't wait to start feeding her "big girl food", so we bought some fruit puffs yesterday and she wasn't sure about them at first, but after a couple she seems to like them. She likes jumping in her jumper, hates when mommy walks out of the room, and has her first tooth!! What a busy month she has had!! She is still so smiley and sweet!!!

Catching Lightening Bugs

There is a huge empty field that is full of lighening bugs and the kids love driving their little cars down and catching them!! They like to put them in there room at night so they can see them light up. I love watching them chase them!!

St Louis Zoo

This was the greatest zoo ever! We had such a great time!!

Kentucky Trip 2010

Last month we went to Kentucky for Dean's cousin's wedding. (I hate that none of the pics of the bride turned out). We stopped in St Louis at the four seasons there and back (thanks Papa and Gigi) and the kids loved the arches made of rice crispies and the bath robes!! We had a great time seeing family we haven't seen in a while, celebrating Papa's birthday, and just being on vacation again!!

Happy Birthday Pa and Nuggie

We had a great time celebrating Pa's birthday at the lake this weekend. It also happened to be Paige's 7th month birthday. The kid's loved tubing...this was Presley's first time and she did awesome!! We ate a yummy bday dinner at KTK steakhouse which is always so yummy! Daddy, we hope you enjoyed your birthday and enjoy your midlife crisis car!!! We love you so much!!
