Happy 2nd Birthday, My Little St Patty's Baby

2 Years ago today God blessed us with our first precious little girl. She has been such a delight since the day she was born. She has the funniest little personality...she makes us laugh constantly! She has such a free spirit about her and loves being silly and making people laugh. Some of her favorite things to do are sing & dance, play "sout side", read books, eat "num nums", and curl up with her mommy or daddy at the end of the day with her "pappy and night-night" and sing songs. She loves going to Pa and Nana's on Thursday's. When its time to leave she always says "love you to the moon Pa & Nana. (Nana taught her to say that)..it's so sweet. Some of her favorite foods are "dog dogs" (hot dogs), cheese of any kind, peaches, eggs, oatmeal, cheese its, bananas, and crabby patty's. She really loves "diet doke" which sends her daddy into a frenzy! She did get to enjoy a diet coke for lunch on her birthday. She weighs 24 pounds and wears a size 24 months in clothes, size 6 shoe, and size 4 diaper. She didn't talk much at all for the longest time, I was kinda getting a little worried, but boy has she picked it up now! She has a pretty big vocabulary and talks like crazy now. I love when she says "see, I told you", because she is a climber and I am constantly saying Presley you are going to fall and almost every time she does and I say "see, I told you so now she says it all the time.

She has been pretty sick for the past week with a viral infection running 102-103 fever and yucky cold symptoms and yesterday was the first day she didn't have fever thank goodness!! I always make the kids breakfast in bed (biscuits & gravy, bacon, and eggs) but she didn't want that... she want donuts. So we began her day with getting a new bike and going to Daylight Donuts, then we headed to the ENT because she had been complaining about her ears hurting. He said her right one looked a little infected, but mainly they both just had tons of fluid behind her eardrum and had ruptured and pushed one of her tubes out. They were draining like crazy, which is a good thing. He started her back on her drops and an antibiotic. Since she didn't have fever we went a head and met Pa & Nana for a fun birthday lunch at Penguin Ed's and they brought her "tupctakes" aka cupcakes, and a fun "tuptake" game. When we got her home, she had a special delivery from Aunt Jami and Uncle Mike, Dallas, & Anastyn. It was a adorable dog and balloons. She loved it!!! Then for dinner we took her and Parker and met up with our dear friends Ashley and Jackson at Fun City. The kids had a great time playing together, we even made some new friends we hope to play with soon! It was a pretty fun birthday for a little girl who hasn't been feeling good. We are looking forward to her party Saturday. Oh, Miss Presley you will never how much joy you bring to our lives every single day...we love you more than the world!!!
